Is this even a real jewellery store? Bought $1000 ring to have it snap three weeks later, very disappointed in the quality.
The customer service I have recieved is amazing! The Store manager is so helpful and lovely. Leigh went out of her way to make my wish come true. The ring I ordered is stunning and I'm so in love. Thank you shiels Jewellers Stocklands. The best jewellery shop I've ever been to. Definitely recommend!!
Very nice customer service from the lady's at the desk very helpful and am in love with the jewellery I bought.
We were in store today to look at the big sales. Obviously being Christmas time and a sale on it was super busy. We patiently waited while one of the lovely staff members served a few customers who were before us. She was working very hard to get to everyone. She finally got to us and showed us some gold chains but we realised they were the copper and silver filled ones. We asked to look at a solid gold chain Which she got out and showed for us.
