Scheduled my 3 location move a month in advance, communication was fair but slow. I emailed and confirmed all 3 locations that i needed moved into 1 storage. Quote was good and I made sure the truck size. Moved today and the 2 guys Ahmad and his friend came. Scheduled for 9am, they arrived at 9:14. Arrived with a small truck. I immediately told them i have 3 locations with 2 being already filled with stuff to move. Get inside my home and they don’t have storage pads or packaging for my tv or long mirror. DO NOT USE….HORRIBLE AND SKETCHY SERVICE. Punctuality - 0/10 Communication- 0/10 Overall Experience- worst ever. Explanation of Answers: Moving time comes (9AM)….no driver and no updates….2-3hours later another driver is supposed to be coming(1:30PM)…nothing…. 2:30pm, a driver from Philadelphia is now coming….3 hours (5:30PM) we finally admit defeat and figure our whole day has now been wasted and ruined by this company and their services. Easy to contact, easy to schedule, good price. Move scheduled at 2:30pm and confirmed no other jobs that day. Day of the job, movers say they now have another job 45min away at 2:00pm. Do the math. Didn't arrive until 5:40pm, which wasn't too bad since I was also late myself, but keep in mind Shields didn't have a problem double-booking. These guys were amazing. They loaded my three story townhouse and moved it 40 minutes into my new place in a ridiculously quick and professional manner. They were very friendly and worked incredibly hard. It was pouring rain and we had to go all the way around my settlement and walk through some mud to get stuff from my backyard and they happily did it. Highly recommend. Sorry it took so long for me to write this review!

I called this company on are Sunday for are quote on are one bedroom apartment and some restaurant equipment, I could even finish my statement this guy started to ag argue with me about about someone called yesterday about are one bedroom apartment and the company is not interested. This company does not deserved to be in business. Customer service is terrible. Do not waste your time hiring this company. Zero stars.
