I only selected one star because you can't select zero. Victoria is a negligent tax preparer and she is non-communicative. My experience with her is just short of a nighmare. She allegedly filed an extention for my tax return. When I followed up to make sure she had submitted them on time, she assured me that they were filed timely. After monitoring my bank account for about 6 weeks, the amount I owed was deducted from my account.
