I can say enough on how fantastic our experience with Lori was. Lori contacted us prior to our appointment to verify it. She showed up on time and was completely prepared. When we started Lori immediately recognized a couple of issues with the paperwork. Lori made a call and resolved those issues right away. She made the signing process easy and smooth. We just want to give Lorrie a BIG thank you. It was wonderful having someone that was able to come to my parents home to have papers signed and notarized. My dad was incapacitated and unable to go to a notary. She was very professional, knowledgeable about the paperwork, and went the extra mile and took the paperwork and sent it UPS for us. I am so glad she was there offering this service. Definitely recommend her.
Shana is a super helpful person. She went out of her way to help me out and figured out the issue with my Motorcycle registration by first calling the Auto tag place and figuring the issue regarding notary and then talking to the Delaership on my behalf and explaining them their mistake and how they can fix it. She did all this free of charge on her own time even when she figured out the notary wasn’t the issue which shows what a kind and helpful person she is. Anytime we have any notary need we will only be going to Shana.
She was very on time and helped explain a lot of questions we needed answers as first time business owners!
