Terrible service and worse people to deal with. Unfortunately I have had to utilize SATA services the past couple months. MULTIPLE times I have had to pay $20 due to “missed payment or rides” although I have never missed a ride and I pay every time I enter the bus . Tries to keep a notebook and have driver initial to state that I paid, one driver REFUSED and continued to harass me about how I don’t need to keep track and even refused to give me his name. I used to use this service but as of about January Bob says they are booked up for 5 weeks straight, acts indignant if you challenge him As in " Oh I'm Glad you know the schedule better than I do" Um excuse me dude??? 😎

I called them 3 times and I left a message to call me to arrange a ride and they never returned my call. Very unreliable place, they need to either have a dispatcher answer the damn phone or return calls in a timely manner.

When you need a ride. Give them a call. SATA is the transportation you need.
