What you want from a bus company. Courtesy, promptness and reliability!
I haven't even rode this bus yet and I already have a bad feeling about it. I'm from Cadillac and I was visiting Morrice for a week last week. I am unable to drive, don't know anyone except one person in Morrice so I thought I'd reach out to SATA through the site and sent them an email to get info so I can explore a little in Lansing or Owosso while the person I was staying with is at work so I can get to know more people and the area a bit more. Terrible service and worse people to deal with. Unfortunately I have had to utilize SATA services the past couple months. MULTIPLE times I have had to pay $20 due to “missed payment or rides” although I have never missed a ride and I pay every time I enter the bus . Tries to keep a notebook and have driver initial to state that I paid, one driver REFUSED and continued to harass me about how I don’t need to keep track and even refused to give me his name.
