Gave a great price for pickup/delivery, asked for deposit. I paid deposit, then they advised me the price had gone up less than 12 hours before pickup. Nobody cares, no "Sorry", no nothing. I had no choice but to pay extra $$$ to them as I had all other arrangements made. This is why they have a D BBB rating
