Everyone was friendly and very helpful!
Had the pleasure of coming here twice recently.. Once to gain some knowledge about wood furnaces and again to purchase a chimney liner and all the required parts. Aaron and the rest of the guys took the time and answered all my questions, gave me product reviews and some installation instructions. When I was recommended to Shetlers from a friend, I forgot about them for a few months while doing research and shopping around. Will never forget about them again when it comes to any wood heat systems.
The customer service was almost non existent, discriminatory. The concept of rendering information, once the staff did acknowledge my presence, on products, delivery and installation seemed as if I were asking questions that annoyed them. I also did cost analysis, they mark up their products above other retailers. I will never return to this establishment.
