Anna has been a tremendous help in getting my body to move properly. Being a runner with a history of various injuries, Anna was able to employ a set of helpful exercises that restored my body back to healthy movement patterns.
Anna is a wealth of information with personalization. I know her from the world of softball where I have seen her train many athletes not only in physical fitness but in mental and dietary fitness as well.
