Sheryl has done my taxes for 4 years and we have a great relationship. I schedule times to call and she is on time with the call. I appreciate her team.
I had a poor experience at this business. I spoke to Sheryl face to face in her office about filling my companies taxes. After that she would not return my calls. I have no idea why and I believe this to be terrible customer service.
Called over a week ago, left a message twice. No response. No returned calls.
