I recently used and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and easy, with great communication throughout. My driver arrived right on time, was very courteous, and made sure the ride was comfortable and safe. The car was clean, well-maintained, and smelled fresh, which I really appreciated. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much at first, but this completely blew me away. Every section was engaging, and there were moments where I laughed, nodded in agreement, or just paused to appreciate how well it was done. It’s rare that something captures your attention from start to finish, but this does. I found myself coming back to it again and again. Highly recommended — it’s an experience, not just content

same ownership as ‘beaumont flat rate cabs’ they will lie and tell you they are not a taxi service if you call and the dispatcher feels he is too busy. They will say they only do airport drop offs, despite the website advertising they are a taxi company to get to locations beyond the airport reference my review on the beaumont flat rate cabs page for a more detailed review on my experience with the dispatcher and manager of this company. Overall i do not recommend it’s a waste of time and they offer no customer service.

Called for cab, dispatcher talked like he had marbles in his mouth. Finally he said 15-20 min wait from Sherwood park to 17 street (5 min drive). Waited more than half hour then got price gouged for 15 min ride ($35 when the meter said $28). Don’t trust!!!!

First of all when i get in to the car he suppose to tell me that there is no a kilmeter board or payment board so i can know my baget and second thing he doesnt drive safely cause we almost had an acciedent cause he almost passed the traffic light and i had two kids and a wife with me so the payment was unfair because he said 65 and its alot
