Parts department was very helpful. Great customer service too.
It's the second time now that I show up to Sherwood marine with a relatively niche part request that I honestly didn't really expect them to stock and to my surprise they had one on the shelf then and there both times. It's a bit of a drive to get there for me but I'm glad we have a well stocked shop like these guys around Victoria. Way better to shop local than having to order stuff online and play the waiting game.
Visited a few weeks ago to get some parts for our boat that we were having some challenges . Like they say B.O.AT. lol. Sales guys we're more like order takers with no personality . Weren't very helpful finding parts that they had no idea if they did or didn't have on hand. Guess their focus is selling boats n motors rather than helping people with everyday repair needs Won't be back , thanks for nothing 🤙
