My brother passed away a couple of months ago. He left behind several legal issues. His estranged wife, Patricia “Patti” Ramirez, has sued us for policies and items he left behind. She has been advised by State Farm, my attorney, and hopefully by her own attorney, as to what she is entitled to. Patti and her attorney, Paula Clark, at Sherwood Law Offices in Visalia, CA, brought about these frivolous claims and suits and will no longer return phone calls or respond in writing.
