We've been a customer here for 30 years, so we were very disappointed with the customer service we've received recently. I can't remember ever having an overdraft on our account before, but due to an insurance premium increase auto-bill, we inadvertently went negative in one of our accounts. The bank charged us a $20 overdraft fee. I get it...you need to charge fees so people don't abuse the overdraft process.
