In 1963 Daryl Sloan became President and was joined by his wife to operate the bank. Tracy Sloan joined the bank in 1993 and currently serves as President and Daryl Sloan is Board Chairman. We've been a customer here for 30 years, so we were very disappointed with the customer service we've received recently. I can't remember ever having an overdraft on our account before, but due to an insurance premium increase auto-bill, we inadvertently went negative in one of our accounts. The bank charged us a $20 overdraft fee. I get it...you need to charge fees so people don't abuse the overdraft process.
