Ally is an amazing acupuncturist. I had some bad shoulder pain and head aches prior to working with her and the shoulder pain is gone and headaches are greatly reduced in frequency and intensity. She takes time to understand your specific needs and customizes the experience. Highly recommend!!!
I highly recommend Sherwood Acupuncture, both Alison and Lori have been awesome. I have been dealing with some major pain and tightness in my shoulder area. I've had 5 treatments so far. I've felt better with each one, but the 5th visit was the breakthrough! I felt like I had a runners high for hours afterwards and NO pain. This is my first time trying acupuncture and admittedly I was skeptical. I still was after a couple visits. But trust the process and stick with it, it is 100% worth it!
My life has been changed today and my mind was blown. I had no clue what Accupuncture was… But with my nerve pain hurting so bad… My willingness was high. I had acupuncture at 11 o’clock and I’ve been pain-free for the first time in many many months for eight hours. And the feeling it gives you…is something you just have to experience.
