The level of customer service was beyond compare! Dan made my project go so much more smoothly with his suggestions and encouragement. Loved my shopping experience here.
Excellent service from very nice very knowledgeable staff. The store is always well stocked and easy to get in and out.
I requested a custom stain match. The store never called me to let me know to get the stain, under the pretext they lost my contact info. After getting the stain and staining my wood, I find out they lied to me and never actually did a stain match and instead sold me a pretinted stain. I personally came here to get a custom stain stain not a pre-tinted stain. The stain does not even match the color I requested, it has a red hue.
Valentín the store manager provides excellent customer service, and knows what he is talking about. I appreciate the help!!
