Very helpful staff
Came to the store and it was closed 30 min early.
Super helpful staff. Knowledgeable and provided good recommendations.
The paint store is laid out nicely, plenty of parking and good location. The service here is questionable: The staff doesn't really understand the products and the random lunches that they take and close the store down have caused undue delays several times with our contracting crews.
Very poor customer service from what I believe was the manager at the South Riding Sherwin-Williams store. I purchased several gallons of paint along with a paint sprayer nozzle. After opening the package, I realized the nozzle did not fit my sprayer. The nozzle was completely unused, yet I was told I could not return the $62 item simply because the package had been opened.
