Very poor customer service from what I believe was the manager at the South Riding Sherwin-Williams store. I purchased several gallons of paint along with a paint sprayer nozzle. After opening the package, I realized the nozzle did not fit my sprayer. The nozzle was completely unused, yet I was told I could not return the $62 item simply because the package had been opened. They did a great job and spent much time color matching a difficult paint color. I way to say it was attempt 12 to get it right. I think their competitor would have done 1 attempt and sent me packing. Thank you employees at SW.
Only one employee working, every time I have to go to south riding store the costumer experience is poor
