Rebecca had an attitude because I asked her to check pricing on paint. There was no one else in the store mind you, but God forbid she does her job. I actually used to work for SW so I know it takes two seconds to check. After all the eyeballing, She still rang me up for the higher price...a ridiculous $93 for two quarts and a gallon.
Gustavo (AKA Gus) has got to be the friendliest, super-helpful and humble person I have ever met at a Sherwin Williams store. He appears to always have a smile on is face and seems to love what he does. Every time I come into the store, I am hoping he is the one that will help me. I don't know how he does it, but he should be teaching his customer service skills to others... Gus, keep it up, my friend... you are appreciated.
