I am at the Sherwin-Williams on Ritchie highway 7566. I brought paint at Sherwin-Williams when they had it on sale in October came to get it tinted like I did yesterday, with no problem, may I add, but this gentleman did not know how to switch out the extra white to ultra white in their system; therefore, wanted me to pay the difference. I have never had such a horrible experience and never had someone so incompetent here. I will call this store tomorrow and speak with the manager. They do a great job here. Take their time to get the colors right.
a worker Muriel is very bad with her customer service. On Friday they close at 6 pm I arrived 20 minutes early with my paint color sample and she helped me and she made a mistake and put different colors and said it was my fault for being late I arrived 20 minutes early the result of that was that I lost my time and she just returned my money and didn't want to sell me the correct painting when she was wrong and the only thing she said was that I'm stressed I understand that but work is work very bad service
The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and ordered paint for me to be delivered from another location. I’ll definitely use this location for future painting projects.
