If there was a zero, I'd give their customer service that rating. Went to the store a little past 4pm. Needed a gallon of off the shelf paint. There was one attendant working with a customer and another mixing paint, so I waited. I then picked up a few paint things and waited for about 15 more minutes. The guy that was mixing paint went to the cash register and then another person appeared. 3 people for two customers. No acknowledgement that I even existed. Anthony knows his paint! He listens extremely well without interruption, because he wants to actually HELP YOU BEST HE CAN. My 5 month renovation on a 88 yr old home, this guy is on it. Talks you thru WHY there is door paint, what sheens are and why, and always like.you are the Only Customer in store. Also, sherwin williams paint is so superior to ANY paints, trust me, ONLY buy SW.
