Went to the store on a Tuesday with a picture of a 9 year old can of paint color a guy by the name of Nick desperately tried to convert it does something available today but the system would not allow him. This is not the first time this has happened to me because of the color being so old. I've heard before that I would need a piece of the paint that I'm looking for. UPDATE: the district manager reached out to me after reading my review. He apologized and helped me decide on the products I should use and ultimately he it right. I haven't had a chance to get the paint on the walls yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
