Very poor customer service experience. The Store mixed a can of paint incorrectly. The person behind the counter confirmed it was not correct. I asked for 50% of a color to color washer room. He told me that that’s not normal and I shouldn’t be adjusting colors. I told him color washing a room was pretty popular. And he said no it’s not we don’t normally do this. He said he was confused about adjusting a color, lighter or darker based on a percentage of 75% or 50%. I would not recommend a store. Update: I visited the store i... read more
I had a problem with my order and the store manager, Jared, went above and BEYOND to make sure I was happy with my paint. I was so impressed and felt very valued as a customer. I will definitely be buying all of my future paint here due to this positive experience!
