Be very specific when you bring an item in for them to match the paint. The guy that helped me painted right on my fan blade to match/compare paint. When I asked him to remind the paint, he sanded it off removing paint from a larger area than I needed to fix from pulling painters take off (cover with plastic while getting sunlight work done). Absolutely boggles my mind why he would do that. Cost me the paint, brush, and probably need to by all new fan blades iot fix the problem. Absolutely disappointed with my visit to the s... read more
I’ve always had great customer service here. I went in to the store today and was treated extremely rude by a woman employee. I asked her if she could help me with buying a quart of paint; however, I needed her to look up the formula. She told me it would be “inappropriate” for her to take the time to look up the color, and she would not be willing to help me. I had waited ten minutes (never complained), was extremely pleasant, and thanked her as I left even though she didn’t offer to assist me in any way. It was a very stra... read more
