The level of incompetency at this store is hard to describe. We dealt with Wyatt, the assistant manager. After spending over $100 and a week of our time here to match a stain to our table and chairs, we discovered the amateurs here were literally unable to do their jobs. They couldn’t even come CLOSE to matching the color we needed. See the attached picture. Instead, they gave us a color that turned out table into a pumpkin. I am furious with the complete incompetence and poor customer service at this Sherwin-Williams store. My parents spent over a week and more than $100 working with assistant manager Wyatt to match a stain for their table and chairs. Despite their clear instructions and repeated efforts, these so-called professionals couldn’t come anywhere close to an acceptable color match.
