I have always felt Sherwin Williams produced the best quality exterior paints and stains, preferring Benjamin Moore for my interiors. My paint contractor introduced me to the SW Emerald line last year and it was love at first sight; high marks for this great paint line! In regards to the Westchester store, I have always been greeted as soon as I enter the store and the staff were always helpful and accommodating. I have been a frequent customer at this Sherwin-Williams store, spending significant money here. However, my recent experience was very disappointing. The staff was inattentive and appeared lazy, showing no interest in assisting me. Additionally, they charged me $15 for the fan deck color catalog, which is usually given for free at other locations. The overall attitude of the employees was unprofessional and unpleasant. I expected much better service, especially as a loyal customer.
The associates at this location are always SO helpful. This morning I had a project to complete and when I was home I realized my paint wasn’t fully mixed. I love the quality of sherwin williams paint so I found it unusual. I went back and they made sure to replace the product in full without hesitation. They always provide helpful suggestions with products to help my projects. Huge shout out to David for going above and beyond for everyone that walks into this location.
Great customer service at this location. The staff was friendly and ready to accommodate. I was greeted warmly and had all my questions about types of paint answered. Highly recommend this location!
