Bad staff
Outstanding customer service. Super friendly team. Immaculate store. We used to shop at a different Sherwin-Williams, but this is our go-to. Location is convenient and safe with good parking.
Went in for some paint for a project and wound up buying even more for other projects. Andrew, the Store Manager, was absolutely amazing. He was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He had great input into what paint to buy and explained the differences between products. Highly recommend.
Had a mix up with the paint I had purchased. Called and told them what I wanted and what I received. They said no problem they would give me the correct stuff free of charge. They also throw in a roller for the trouble.
