Horrible service. Twice they messed up the paint I ordered. First time I stated I did not want matte, and was provided matte. Second time I said I want semi gloss to avoid any kind of matte look and the woman says she asks me if I was sure I wanted semi gloss because they only had 2 gallons in stock and had 3 gallons of satin in stock. I did not hear her correctly and assumed she was asking if it's okay to get 3 gallons of semi gloss because we had originally bought 5 gallons. This store can’t make paint that matches any other Sherwin Williams store because their tinter is different. What’s the point of having a brand with specific paint colors of you can get the same paint from a different store? I don’t know if they were just being lazy, but it didn’t matter in my case as the same walls weren’t being covered with paint from here but they were adamant about the colors would be different and refused to make the paint I asked for. Had to drive to a different store

I had a really great experience with the people in the store. I appreciated how clean and neatly organized everything was. Any question I had or needed guidance in, the staff was quick to answer with practical solutions. They continued to ask about my preferences to ensure we were not assuming and doing everything right the first time. One star removed but not at the fault of the store.
