Excellent service
I called this store located in HULL with a vague idea of what I needed (in my broken French… we switched to English). I was extremely well served by MARINA! She listened, took the time to understand my issue, provided a possible solution/ plan of attack, promised to follow-up and did follow-up. Great job!
Don't ask anyone for professional advice, because they don't know. I was sold two different paint finishes and told it would be fine- well it most certainly was not. Now I'm being told I'd need to buy a whole other gallon and do two extra coats to fix the mistake because of their advice/mix up. Also, last gallon I bought was poorly mixed and left streaks of white on my wall. When I told them they said I should've mixed it. Poor customer service, dont recommend this place.
