Beautiful place that's full of beautiful outdoor furniture.
Very unhappy with the service provided or lack there of. We ordered a pergola two years ago, and they came out and set it up. That part was amazing customer service. This year we decided to order three screens for it. We ordered these on April 19th and were advised it would be 90 days. We had phoned a few times inquiring about the timing of the shipment to be sure they were on track. Each phone call netted us very poor customer service. Beautiful collection for outdoor furniture. Definitely recommended
Ordered custom cushions on June 1 and told it would take 2-3 weeks. I was curious the status so called today (the 17th) to check in - I was very polite, not angry or impatient, literally just curious. Don’t appreciate that, in a very patronizing tone, I was told to “have a little patience and to wait a little longer as it’s only been two weeks and these take time.” - when all I was wanting was a status update.
