I must say this store and the folks who work there are first class. Back in January I ordered two knives of which only one was sent. The other was back- ordered. They kept me updated until I received the knife two days ago after three months. But the knife I received was the updated, latest model as the original was discontinued. I offered to pay the difference; but they said it wasn't necessary since the other was discontinued and because I waited so long. How many other companies care that much?
