I had a deeply disappointing experience at your store recently. Upon entering, we were completely ignored by the sales associate present. We had to try on shoes ourselves with no offer of assistance. When we finally asked for a particular size, the salesgirl responded with irritation and told us rudely that we were already helping ourselves — as if that justified the lack of service.your advertisement of friendly service is totally contradictory to what we experienced! Absolutely loved their service. Bought the shoes online on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and they’ve delivered from Blue Mountains to the Northern Beaches. With a water sealer package, the receipt, a return form and a pen from the shop. If you’d given a sticker I’d have stuck it on my van for as very pleased with your professionalism Love it
Small store. Easy to order for click and collect. Plenty of parking. DON'T buy the sock liners - the seam in the toe is SO bulky that I am throwing them away. Spoke with the office and they said "thanks for letting us know" - I'm not returning them as it's not worth the effort but really - how can you advertise a LINER and it's NOT wearable.
Shop keeper was abrupt and unhelpful.
