Poor customer service. Evergreens started dying within months of being planted. Have tried with several emails, pictures and phone calls to find out what to do. Was told to just cut out the dead pieces and then was told to cut the tops. Which didn’t matter because the whole trees are dying. Have fought this for a year and was told today that it is my fault. Could not get anyone to come and physically look at the trees after many attempts. Too expensive to have evergreens planted to have them die so soon. Very frustrating tha... read more
