********** was supposed to send me my verification of payoff paperwork, instead they sent me the garnishment paperwork of three other people, three seperate cases. When I called to inquire as to where my paperwork, complete with address and social security number, was sent, they told me it was sent to my address. Clearly it was not. The customer was sent proof of her payoff on 7/10/24 after the Firm received her final payment. On 9/10/24, the Firm emailed her another copy per her most recent request. The customer has allegedly received paperwork sent to her by the District Court which was supposed to be forwarded to the Firm which included paperwork for 3 unaffiliated defendants. I work with clients to resolve debt issues. This firm would not even speak with both of us on speaker phone. They are not in the business of helping out, they are in the business of wiping out accounts of 80-year-old women living off of social security.

This company is a joke. They keep sending me collection letters addressed to someone else. I've tried calling them several times but no one ever answers the phone. I've left voice messages and even sent the letters back to them explaining that no one by that name resides at my address and yet they still keep sending them. I'm tired of the harassment and not getting any response from the company. My next step is to contact an attorney.
