The hours listed say 10am-6pm on the sign. I walked in at 2pm. When I inquired, the man who talked with me was completely rude and said they closed at 2pm. I explained I had never been here before and I just wanted information. He directed me to register for an appointment online, then come back another day. I will go somewhere else. This guy was clearly interested in just leaving instead of helping someone. Sad.
Dawn assisted me with transferring a truck from a business to personal. Incredible service, super friendly, and as speedy as could be when having to deal with PennDOT.

The guy who took my fingerprints seemed to not care at all and was passive aggressive the entire time. When I went to access the results of my background check with IdentoGo I was supposed to answer a question that I never specified I knew the answer too and was never asked in the first place. The question was "What is Harrisburg's location number??". Firstly, why are we talking about Harrisburg when we are in Carlisle.
