The guy who took my fingerprints seemed to not care at all and was passive aggressive the entire time. When I went to access the results of my background check with IdentoGo I was supposed to answer a question that I never specified I knew the answer too and was never asked in the first place. The question was "What is Harrisburg's location number??". Firstly, why are we talking about Harrisburg when we are in Carlisle. As a local who refuses to use Solenbegers, I was happy to see an alternative. The experience couldn't have been more perfect. I went for a title transfer and tags. Fast, efficient and very kind. I will definitely use Sherman's again. She could teach those other guys a lesson in customer service with a smile!
Walked in late on a Friday for registering a new company truck. Had a full packet of information and received quick and efficient service. We had stopped at the DMV in HARRISBURG prior and another notary and they looked at us like we had three heads. The team at Sherman’s was FANTASTIC! Highly recommended.
