Bombarded my email with spam. I contacted them for a quote. I received a quote. When I sent another email to verify what they would do for my trademark they never replied. How are you going to spam my email and than never talk to me when I actually decide to use your services? This screams bad juju.
Incredible service. I had an hour-long phone call with one of the attorneys and not only he gave a lot of advice on how to proceed with my case, but also took a lot of time to explain me the situation and how he would be dealing with it. Never had a trademark attorney be so clear about the process and explain so much about it. Impressive!
I had to respond to my trademark application office action and I needed assistance. Sherman IP LLC (Hema was my attorney) she was amazing with their knowledge to respond with the correct format to the USPTO. My trademark is now registered and I am very pleased and happy with how Sherman IP LLC responded.
