Terrible, terrible, terrible. I needed to get 3 years taxes done last year, although I had some investments, I did not have a complex tax return for any of the years. This is in 2024. They were supposed to work on my taxes, and never did!! This year, I decided to give them one last chance and asked them to work on my taxes again (I had used them in the past). They completely ghosted me, and now I am late on my taxes, and 4 years behind! I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are not friendly when you call, and blow... read more
