If I could I would rate him 15 stars. Mr. Vernon knowledge is beyond anyone I have worked with. Above all he will process the taxes with diligence and strategie that will allow you to benefit of any new and old tax law. He does his job with the client in mind. Sheridan has prepared taxers for myself and several family members over the past few years. He continues to go the extra mile. The time he spends on our returns I know is worth much more than what he charges us. He treats us like I assume he does his own family. He's funny, witty and a true pleasure to associate with. This was my first time using Sheridan. I'd give 5 stars for tax knowledge, and one star or less for customer service. He was knowledgiable about taxes and things got filed, but when I questioned a charge ($20) he was very upset that I was to ask such a question and sent me a two page email all in large caps explaining nothing except his displeasure of me daring to ask a question about a charge.
