Attn: Sheridan did an outstanding job for my client who had multiple title issues. We were initially told by 2 other attn.'s that we’d need to file a quiet title, which could take up to a year to resolve, but Sheridan resolved both issues in less than three weeks! She’s professional, honest, and clearly skilled at handling challenging situations efficiently. I’m moving all my future closings to her office — highly recommend!
