My mom has been living at The Sheridan at Oak Brook for 18 months, and I've been really happy with the experience. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff — especially Ivana and Judy — greet everyone with such warmth and care. It sets the tone for the whole community. The activities team, and especially Daunte, keeps residents engaged and active with a fantastic variety of programs from music to trivia to exercise. The food is good. The staff at The Sheridan at Oak Brook have been welcoming, kind, and incredibly supportive from day one. Diala has helped us and guided us along our journey with our Dad. She is always available for advice and guidance, no matter the day or time. It is clear to us that she and the staff genuinely care for our father and treat him like he is family.

The Sheridan presents as such a wonderful place to call home! The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The Executive Director Anne Marie and Patti in Sales are wonderful ladies! The amenities are excellent, the quality is unmatched, and you will feel very supportive in your loved one’s transition to this community.

From the moment you walk in to this facility you get a sense of confort and care. Everyone shows compassion and care for the residents. Diala, Jess and everyone from the wellness team truly cares about every resident and always do their best to provide the best level of care. I’ve had the pleasure to work with Diala and her team numerous times on providing custom mobility equipment to the residents; they always focus and prioritize the patients’ needs.

This is a beautiful property with caring individuals. I had to make some difficult decisions to place my dad in an independent living community and we have loved it since he moved in. He had some health set backs and the team at The Sheridan quickly responded and helped get my dad settled in his new apartment with such a quick turnaround time. I would recommend this community again and again for your loved ones!
