My mother was a resident for over 2 years. In that time, the managers have changed 3 times, and the staff is constantly in flux. Many of the best people leave because of the constant management changes. The food is average at best and the service is terrible. The facility is not clean or well maintained. After we moved out (2 days prior to the end of our lease), they then tried to charge us $600 for a couple of small items we left for the trash. If you like to drink, this is your place. My grandfather moved in this facility about 6 months ago and the experience has been more than wonderful. Marquita has been very patient and professional. Always answers any and all questions my family has. I recommend this facility to anyone who's relative is in need of senior resident care.
