Great doctor and a good listener. My dad has her for a doctor and we appreciate her always being patient and making sure he get the best care.
I made an appointment for September 2024 for weight loss. Then after 2 months, they call to reschedule to November. It's September 30th 2024, 3 month after they called me to reschedule. I get a call canceling the November appointment too because she's "not taking new patients". I question it since I've been waiting 5 months to see her and was told its "something new". Saw her for 8 years and never recognized me. Was complaining of being tired all the time just checked my iron and told me it was fine. Complained about my head feeling like it was shaking when I want actually moving. She referred me to a neurologist and during the MRI (requested by me neuro) found a lump on my thyroid. Asked her if I still needed to see the neuro, she said are you still having the problem, I said yes. She said ok still see the neuro but if they don't find anything then we'll just let it go. She's very nice but she does not know how to do her job correctly as far as sending prescriptions go she forgets to put necessary information on the prescription then you have to call for weeks to try to get her to send a new one the right way!
