He may take some time but he gets the job done and very well. I have never been dissatisfied with his work and I have used him over 15 years!
Would never recommend for taxes. The customer service is very poor - they have never returned a phone call, despite numerous messages left. We have been waiting almost 5 months for our tax information...and still nothing - not even an ETA.
