Always super friendly and I am 100% happy with all treatments.
Disappointed overall. Very long wait time, over an hour after 1.5 hours travel. Went for a skin cancer check and was told I had 4 'spots' (very small) which apparently the doctor had never seen the likes of before. Told to return for biopsy and then return again for removal if needed. Decided to see another skin specialist clinic with over 1000 5 * reviews - so pleased I did as all 'spots' cleared as not of concern and biopsy of a different spot taken at time of consultation, no need to return. I don't recommend.
We had to wait about 1hour or more over the appointment time and it was expensive, wait times need to be shorter especially when paying good money
Very bad experience. 12 months ago I went for regular check and show him One on my head. Nothing to worry about. Now 12 months later. Oh we better get that out and turned out bigger than expected which I got done by a private surgeon as I don’t trust this clinic again
To be very honest I was literally struggling with acne marks I did my CO2RE laser was the best sessions I had. the one who did my skin is very friendly, her advice and teammates helps lot she’s the best thanks to Shepparton skin clinic 11/10
