The girls at Shepparton Skin and Body are AMAZING! So informative, professional - yet kind and very approachable! I’m currently getting tattoo removal (done with laser) which admittedly isn’t a very nice service to receive! But Chelsea is so good at keeping you distracted and at ease during the appointment! I also cannot believe the progress of the removal! The results have been better than I ever thought! I wish I had of started it sooner.. ❤️
Be aware of the no show policy! I was not informed upon booking over a month ago of the no show policy, I was however told I would receive a text prior reminding me of my appointment.which I did get the afternoon before NOT from Shepparton skin and body but from FRESHA which I did not recognise. The most disappointing part is the response from Jackie who argued her point that it’s written on the website I didn’t visit the website as I walked in off the street to book via a recommendation from a friend.
