This was such an awful experience. They are not professional at all with customer service, and are only interested in money. They told me they could do direct billing and just to come in for the appt but when I got there they said I needed to pay upfront before the service and submit it myself. The RMT service was extremely poor and then when I tried to submit, it was declined.
