Great people willing to work with you and fix problems I definitely recommend their service department I took my jeep grand Cherokee here and they have taken great care of it.
Had my jeep grand Cherokee in their for a month for a head gasket repair I got it back and in two days another light popped up now they are saying that a cylinder is cracked and I’m out a vehicle for another month and can’t get a loaner don’t take your vehicle here
My parents recently brought their Traverse into the Shepards service after having some weird motor issues. As someone who works in the automotive industry, I know how many sneaky and shady advisors there are out there who try to upsell and over charge. I really appreciate the service manager actually taking care of them and being prompt in getting the vehicle in process and completed—even taking the time to cue me in on information to help them make the best decision for their car! That’s what good service departments do!
Disappointing that their car wash vacuums have been unable to use for several months now. One has quarters jammed and the other returns coins.
