There are so many positive things to say about the Shepherd Center!! It would take more than a page to highlight all the services they provide for the community. I'm a senior citizen and, at times, tough to find reliable transportation to my doctor's appointments. The Sheperd Center goes above and beyond the Call of Duty to enable seniors to get to their appointments!! A most delightful organization to deal with. The other review was from a service rep (AT&T) who overheard Susan saying she was being b.....y in an aside to fellow co-workers. She was trying for the umpteenth time to straighten out the billing mess with this service and was being firm and asking for confirmations which irritated the gal.

Spoke to Susan and she was very rude. Could hear her in the background saying to another person "I know I'm being a B**** to her, I could be worst" (her referring to me) I thought this was a Christian based business and this is how your employees talk on the phone to people? Very rude when she was the one that needed assistance
