My brother-in-law moved into Shepard’s Care Millwoods approx a month ago and the experience has been completely positive. The admin staff have all been very professional, kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. The floor manager Jasveen especially helpful. The care staff first rate and helpful. Please don't send your loved ones here. My father was left to die unhumanely here 9 years ago. I cannot shake how he passed and need to warn others, no one deserves to die like that. He couldn't eat, so they let him slowly starve to death, as his organs were shutting down from starvation, they gave him morphine over and over so he wasn't lucid, not enough to die just enough to suffer to death for 4 days like this. He was not brought to a private place to spend his last days in peace no a room of 5 of quiet active seniors. Th... read more

Worst facility ever. The staff is abusive, lazy, rude, and all the do is drug the patients until they sit in a stupor. Very unprofessional.
Leaves patients drugged so they don’t have to care for them. They do not care about the patients try somewhere else.
