I absolutely love ordering from Shepherd’s Needle! Every package arrives beautifully put together and full of care-it truly feels like opening a gift each time. I’ve ordered several exclusives, and while they can take a bit of time to arrive, it’s always completely worth the wait! The quality and attention to detail are unmatched, and you can tell how much love goes into everything they do. I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates thoughtful packaging, wonderful customer service, and gorgeous cross stitch supplies!
Ordered an exclusive via the homespun needlework group. These exclusives are VERY clear that it can take weeks to arrive but that you will get a kit. When it arrived it was stunning, well wrapped and once posted arrived quickly even though I'm on the otger side of the world. The negative review does not tell the whole truth whereby the reviewer threatened via posts in our group to cancel and was very unpleasant. I don't blame the store for refunding her order.

This shop is amazing and very responsive if there is a problem. My orders arrive in a timely manner and the packaging is always beautiful. Would highly recommend this wonderful shop!
