Hello everyone, this place is going down hill. My brother lives there and doesn’t get any cares, his bedding does not get changed, his room always smells like pee, we feel so bad we are evening moving him out soon, he is basically being neglected and that is not right. My brother has bed sores and we will be reporting this to the state. I see another resident when I visit my brother her heals on her feet are opening and nobody doing anything about it, I will be reporting this as well. I feel the community has come a long way in the past few months. I visit my Aunt in memory care and the place looks wonderful staff are pleasant and the director and assistant director are always available and answer my concerns. My aunt is happy and the meals look great, her room is always clean and she seems happier Great job Shepherd Premier!
