Shame on them!
We visited with family and were left disappointed. The place didn’t live up to our expectations, lacking the charm or appeal we had hoped for.
The atmosphere felt disorganized, and it was clear that not everyone was working there for the right reasons. From ownership to caregivers, it often seemed more about profit than true care. Kindness and respect were lacking. If anything, it left many residents waiting too long for assistance. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone, especially my own family.
I have been working with Brandon for almost a year and have much respect for his passion and vision with helping seniors have a cozy home and comfortable living. It’s rare when I come across such a passionate and caring business owner! Keep up the great work!
Owner is being sued for securities and commodity fraud by corporate offices for 3 of his assisted living locations . I'm sure those homes will shut down too just like the one I worked at in Bull valley with basically No notice to staff or residents. This owner collects elderly and investors . Look it up he's been doing it for years in McHenry county . Public access shows every single case. He's a monster and a fraud . .
