Jeff was able to complete in 2 weeks what my previous attorney couldn't do in 2 years! He graciously took on an outstanding settlement from a divorce case that was 4 years old and needed someone to complete final steps. Jeff represented me on a couple of issues. The major one was a land dispute with my County, who wanted to claim a small private easement as being a full-blown County Road, and they were stubborn and would not listen to reason, despite having no evidence that it ever was dedicated as a CR. Lack of communication. Lack of preparation. Lack of understanding. Shows up to trial writing questions feverishly. Totally unprofessional. Totally unprepared with follow up & rebuttals. This is how he deals with clients, threats. The fallout of a TERRIBLE lawyer is what I am still dealing with today. As my Mother would say, Buyer beware! All good things?
